Welcome to RV Life Media, a service offered by Palmetto Media Company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
RV Life Media provides web design services, social media services, and content creation/video editing services tailored for the RV, camping, and glamping industries. We also publish blog posts that offer advice and information relevant to these sectors.
The services provided by RV Life Media are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
To engage in a working contract with RV Life Media for the provision of our services, clients are required to provide their first and last name, phone number, address, and business name (if applicable).
Users are prohibited from using profanity or engaging in bullying within the comment sections of our blog posts. We strive to maintain a respectful community.
Our social media services and content creation are provided on a month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel services for any reason. Non-payment will result in suspension of services until payment issues are resolved.
Website development projects require a 50% payment upfront with the remaining due upon project completion to the customer’s satisfaction.
Social media services require payment at the beginning of each month or at the start date agreed upon. The first payment is due before content creation and posting begins.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, City of Charleston.
